PLANET ANNOUNCES STUDENT CAREER DAYS SPONSORS

Herndon, VA, November 1, 2005 –– The Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) is pleased to announce the sponsors for its 30th annual Student Career Days (SCD).
Student Career Days is an annual event that gathers hundreds of students from more than 50 colleges and universities across the country to participate in competitive events, to network with colleagues and green industry company personnel, and to interview for internships and employment possibilities. Considered to be the “largest recruiting event of the year,” Student Career Days draws representatives from dozens of landscape and lawn care companies who are available to discuss future employment opportunities. This year’s event will be held at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, March 23–26, 2006.

All industry participants in this year’s Student Career Days are encouraged to register by the February 7, 2006, early-bird deadline. The early-bird deadline for school participants will be February 21, 2006. All SCD participants who register by these dates will receive significant savings on registration costs.
