Are you due for a renewal? - During the calendar year your certification is earned, no renewal is required.
- During the following two calendar years, no points are required. Complete top of form only and return with payment by 12/31 each year.
- Every year after, education and service points are required with payment by 12/31.
If you have the CLP designation you need to report three points. The points can be all education points, or two education points and one service point. Those with all other designations need only to report two points. The points can be all education points, or one education point and one service point.
