PLANET is pleased to announce that the Landscape Industry Certified Ornamental Maintenance Technician certification exam is now available as a computer-based exam in a network of testing centers nationwide. To register for the PLANET Landscape Industry Certified Ornamental Maintenance Technician certification examination in testing centers: - Submit the Landscape Industry Certified Ornamental Maintenance Technician Exam Registration form to the PLANET offices. PLANET will process the registration and will email the Candidate an Authorization Letter containing a unique Authorization Number. (Candidates pay the exam registration plus the fee for the PSI testing center.)
- Visit the PSI Web site (www.psiexams.com) to locate a testing center in your area.
NOTE - before putting in your zip code you must indicate the test sponsor. Choose "Professional Landcare Network (PLANET)" in the drop down menu. - Contact the PSI Central Registration office to schedule the location, date, and time of your exam. You will be asked for your unique Authorization Number to confirm your testing eligibility and schedule the exam.
- On the date of the exam, arrive at the testing center and present the PLANET Authorization Letter, the PSI exam confirmation, and a valid photo ID at the PSI Test Center.
After completing the certification examination, PSI will transmit the results back to the PLANET office for additional processing. PLANET will send official results within 30 days.
